Location

Twin Pines is located on East Pike, just 1/2 mile from downtown Indiana. Prior to the Indiana by-pass construction, East Pike had been old Route 422 and served as the primary thoroughfare connecting East and West through Indiana.

On Rt. 119-- If you are traveling south from points north, take the Clymer/Indiana Exit. Stay toward Indiana and turn left at the first traffic light onto East Pike.

On Rt. 119-- If you are traveling north from points south and want to bypass the downtown district stay on 119 North until you reach the Clymer/Indiana Exit. Circle back toward Indiana taking 286 West. Turn left at the first traffic light onto East Pike. We are 1/2 mile down the the road on the right.

On Rt. 119-- If you are traveling north from points south and want to travel through the downtown district

  • OPTION 1: Take the Wayne Ave. Exit until you reach Philadelphia Street, turn right onto Philadelphia St. continue until you come to the edge of the borough. Bear to the right onto East Pike. We are 1/2 mile after the stop sign.

 

  • OPTION 2: Take the 422 East Exit. Get off 422 at the Sixth Street Exit. Turn left and travel a few miles until you reach Philadelphia Street, turn right onto Philadelphia St. continue until you come to the edge of the borough. Bear to the right onto East Pike. We are 1/2 mile after the stop sign.

 

On Rt. 422-- If you are traveling east from points west and want to Bypass the business district-- take 422 East then take the 119 North Exit. Stay on Rt 119 North until you come to the Clymer/Indiana Exit. Circle back toward Indiana and turn left at the first traffic light onto East Pike.

 

On Rt. 422-- If you are traveling east from points West and want to travel through the business district-- Take the Philadelphia Street Exit and come across downtown until you reach the East end of the Borough. Bear to the right onto East Pike. We are 1/2 mile after the stop sign.

 

On Rt. 422-- If you are traveling West from points East take the Sixth Street Exit. At the end of the Exit ramp, turn right. Travel a few miles until you get to Philadelphia Street. Turn right onto Philadelphia Street and travel six more blocks until you come to the edge of the borough. Bear to the right onto East Pike. We are 1/2 mile after the stop sign.

 

On Rt. 286-- If you are traveling West from points East-- Take the Indiana Exit. Turn left at the first traffic light onto East Pike. We are 1/2 miles down the road.

 

On Rt. 286-- If you are traveling East from points West. Rt 286 becomes Oakland Ave. Stay on Oakland Ave a few miles after you pass Walmart until you reach Philadelphia St. (The Jimmy Stewart Museum will be directly in front of you.) Turn right onto Philadelphia St. and travel nine blocks until you come to the edge of the borough. Bear to the right onto East Pike. We are 1/2 mile after the stop sign.
